A beautiful and absolutely versatile yoghurt produced from Dreamer’s Farm’s own raw Jersey milk. A live yoghurt with active cultures, it has a slight tart flavour and a medium viscosity. Unlike yoghurt made from pasteurised milk that is boiled, the raw milk is heated gently to slightly warm temperature, just to begin fermentation.
This yoghurt should be served showcasing its wonderful flavour – simply with a drizzle of chilli or freshly chopped herbs swirled in. It’s pretty wonderful to use as a dip and should be thoroughly appreciated.
