HOW TO ORDER
All order links are sent regularly on the WhatApp groups. Links to the organic goods order form can be found under the EXTRAS link. Please be mindful of the deadlines.
Choose a local collection point for where your order will be delivered to. There is no delivery fee.
FOR BIRMINGHAM ONLY: We offer a private direct delivery for £2.00 (within B1-B29 postcodes) and £2.50 for postcodes B30+. You would need to select the ‘PRIVATE…’ option in the Collection Point dropdown menu and then type in your address in the field below. The menu labelled ‘Closed Delivery Points’ are only for specific members. If you will be ordering weekly with us as private deliveries your address can be added here (contact admin).
THE PAYPAL FEE
We are a not-for-profit service, but have an additional PayPal fee of 45p added to each transaction so that we may cover the small running costs that the scheme entails. Without this fee, continuing to run the service long-term will not be possible. Any surplus funds are sent to various charity projects a few times a year.
After submitting your order, you’ll be taken to a PayPal page where you can either enter your card number to sign into PayPal.
ORDER CHECKS AND ROUTE
Organic goods orders: the order list is sent early on Thursday mornings for checking.
Dairy orders: the order lists are sent to the groups on 1-2 days before delivery for everyone to ensure their order is correct. Any errors must be reported to admin immediately.
A route file is also sent once orders are finalised this will contain the full addresses of all open collection points.
Deliveries begin late on around midnight and are usually complete by 6am in Birmingham and 2pm on Sundays & Wednesdays. Please bear in mind that traffic, weather and the number of litres of milk ordered can affect delivery times.
We recommend that everyone collects their orders as early as possible on the morning of delivery, particularly from those points who have stipulated collection times. Please liaise with your point if you need extra time to collect or need further instructions about collection. All contact information are held with admin.
