This is mainly a referral service so new members can only be referred by existing members. We do not regularly advertise our service.
Everyone who orders with us must be a member of one of our WhatsApp groups. This is important for order checking, delivery updates and scheme announcements.
About our scheme
Our scheme is a not-for-profit community service which has been set up to facilitate the community in obtaining RAW (unpasteurised and unprocessed) dairy goods direct from the farm. Any income generated goes to pay costs associated with running the scheme such as domain hosting, Dropbox, Wufoo charges and so on.
Since December 2018 we have introduced other organic/raw products with our dairy deliveries.

The farmer delivers three times a week to our communities in London, High Wycombe, Slough, Maidenhead, Bristol, Cheltenham and Birmingham (including nearby towns) as follows:
Areas covered – Maida Vale, Dagenham, Romford, Ilford, Chigwell, Clayhall, Walthamstow, Leyton, Leytonstone, Stratford, Forest Gate, Plaistow, Manor Park, East Ham, Beckton, Poplar, Bow, Whitechapel, Greenwich and Bromley.
Birmingham – Selly Oak, Newtown, King’s Heath, Small Heath, Sparkbrook, Sparkhill, Tyseley, Hodge Hill, Ward End, Newtown
High Wycombe (moved from Wednesday deliveries)
For central areas of Birmingham (postcodes B1-B29), private deliveries are available at a fee of £2 per dairy order. There is no delivery fee when ordering to a collection point.
Outer areas of Birmingham (B30+) have private delivery fees of £2.50 per dairy order
Areas covered – Slough, North Harrow, Wembley, Neasden, Harlesden, Cricklewood, Shoot Up Hill, Fulham, Camden, Kentish Town, Southgate, Tottenham, Chingford, Leyton, Hackney, East Ham, Hayes, Hounslow, Heston, Hanworth, Stanwell, South Northwood, Norbury, New Malden and Kingston Vale.
EXTRA ORGANIC GOODS
Our scheme has expanded to delivering many more extra organic goods. For many, these will be delivered at the same time as the dairy deliveries. There is also an option for direct private delivery in Birmingham (limited to B1-B29 postcodes only) and in the following postcodes of London: IG1, IG2, IG3, IG4
E1, E2, E3, E5,E6, E7, E8, E9 E10, E11, E12, E13, E14, E15, E16, E17, E18
N1, N9, N15, N16, N17 and N18.
B1-B29 delivery fee: £2
London delivery: £2.50
About fees and payments
All prices are displayed on the order form and an additional PayPal fee of 45p will be added to each transaction to cover small running costs of the scheme. Any surplus funds are sent to various charity projects throughout the year.
The form redirects automatically to PayPal. Please make prompt payment and ensure the correct date is entered. Failure to do so may mean your order may not be included for the week in question.
Checking your orders
A breakdown of orders is posted a day after the main deadline on the group. This lists all accepted orders including the delivery point your order is going to. Any mistakes need to be reported to admin immediately via WhatsApp.
The delivery route is also posted on the groups the same day/day after as the order list and again any mistakes need to be reported to admin within the timeframe given.
The route list contains the full addresses of all collection points as well as an estimated time frame for each area. Collection points are listed in order of delivery, but may be subject to change due to traffic or other factors that the driver has to consider.
What happens on delivery days
Deliveries begin from midnight. Once delivery has been made collection points usually update the group. However as many points receive deliveries before 9am, not all will notify the groups at the time of delivery. It’s important to check the estimated delivery times shown on the route list or in the links givens above under the delivery areas.
If your particular delivery point has not updated the forum but a point after them has then it is to be assumed that your point has also received milk. You may obtain contact details for your collection point from any admin member and for ease you are welcome to liaise directly with your chosen point.
If there are any missing items in your farm order please contact admin immediately via WhatsApp.
We ask that you adhere to your delivery points individual stipulations. These families have kindly put themselves forward to benefit the smooth running of the scheme so it is only right that they are not inconvenienced with goods left uncollected or collection timings not adhered to. It is also not right that you would need to be chased to collect your goods. Please be prompt in collecting your items and we remind you that good communication is key for all parties to be happy. For general discussion regarding the raw milk products. Please ask admin to add you to the raw milk discussion group, available for sisters only.
